2. Duplicate Donations: In case you have inadvertently made a duplicate donation, please notify us within 30 days. We will process a refund for the duplicate amount.

Non-Eligibility for Refunds

1. Tax-Deductible Donations: Donations that have been acknowledged with a tax-deductible receipt are generally non-refundable, unless due to reasons mentioned in the eligibility criteria above.

2. Program-Specific Donations: Donations allocated to specific programs or projects are non-refundable, as they are immediately put to use for the designated purpose.

Process for Refunds

   • Donation Date

   • Donation Amount

   • Reason for Refund Request

2. Refund Approval: Our team will review your request and may contact you for further information. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

3. Administrative Fees: Please note that a nominal administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover transaction processing costs.
